DELIVERY
JAIVI endeavors but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if JAIVI fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, JAIVI may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.
JAIVI ships through registered courier companies within India as well as international orders. International orders are usually delivered within 10-12 business days and domestic orders within 7-8 business days. You will see the delivery date of your order at the time of order confirmation. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered as working days for standard deliveries.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING FEE
Our shipping and processing charges are applicable in respect of deliveries outside India and are intended to compensate JAIVI for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. Shipping and handling charges vary based on the product, it’s size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination.
