We have a 7-day replacement policy,which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You can request us for reverse pickup options. If you want us to get it picked, the reverse shipping cost would be deducted from the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
Cost of shipping the replaced product is borne by JAIVI only for the first exchange request. Subsequent exchange requests do not carry any such adjustment. In case there are multiple exchanges, customer has to bear the subsequent costs of reverse pick and delivery.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
